Meet Donna Paitchel

After graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst Hotel + Restaurant School, Donna Paitchel started her career when awarded acceptance into the prestigious Waldorf Astoria training program.  Her passion for wine started while working in their renowned Banquet department.

Donna began Summit Productions, her Special Events company, where she produced hospitality for (11) Olympic Games, World Cup, Super Bowl, Breeders’ Cup + the French Open to name a few.

In addition, she produced internal + client recognition trips for Fortune 100 clientele.  Most of the events she produced included researching, tasting, + procuring the finest wines.  This gave her the opportunity to learn about wine, continuing her lifelong passion.  Some of her favorite experiences have been visiting wineries around the world + meeting with top vintners, sommeliers, + experts.
